This is a 75 hour pre-license class to prepare you for the NJ State exam in order to get your NJ Real Estate License. The course includes the studying of many subjects; Contracts, Landlord and Tenants, Appraisals, License Law, Ethical and Fair Housing issues and much more.
Broker Licensing Course
This is a 150-hour course to prepare you for the NJ Broker license state exam in order to get your NJ Broker license. The course includes the studying of 90-hour general studies, 30 hours of agency ethics, and 30 hours of office management.

Current Classes are ONLINE ONLY for $300. It Includes Class Registration – Class Book – and an additional ONLINE book w/ Highlighted notes to help you study.
